I've a team work named (wel ya wel puppets), I am their boss.
My team work consists of 10 members of mentioned, professionals with puppetry art, profession in puppet marionette theatre & puppetry T. V.

1) Puppeteer:

- Worked as a puppeteer in Egyptian T.V. by Nile Company for art producing with support of Francophone , I moved the main character named ( Gargir ) in program named ( Zaza & Gargir ) with the eminent director Mrs. Lialy Badr 2004



- Worked as a puppeteer for C.T.W. Sesame Street Egypt , a children's television program that is funded by the US Aid under the auspices of the First Lady Mrs. Susan Mubarak in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. The program' strategy is focusing on the female children rights of education, equality and taking decisions towards a complete change of the oriental girl stereotypical unfair images, i.e. giving girls an equal chance of education and work four seasons
have already been produced, with a total of 240segments that are currently showing on television. The character I play is called (Nim Nim).
He is one of three main puppets on the show. He is a mask puppet (like Big Bird ),2 feet tall, and 25-kgs in

weight.His personal description is that of an environmental character who loves nature and considers trees, flowers, butterflies and animals to be his friends. He sings to his plants, has a cheerful demeanor, and is very trusting by nature. ‘ 99 – till now

- Trained at CTW Sesame Street, U.S. , for ten days by observing the puppeteers on the job and learning new techniques. ‘99

- Trained with Martin p. Robinson, a leading puppeteer in Sesame Street, U.S. , for a period of several weeks after being selected as a puppeteer on the Sesame Street Egypt program (Alam Simsim). ‘99

- Performed the Marionette and rod puppetry in the Cairo Puppet Theater in a play called “The Big Night“ with the eminent director of puppetry Salah El Saqa. And “Me and My Puppets at the Airport “ ‘96 – tell now

- Trained in Marionette performance and design in the Cairo Puppet Theater. ‘95

- Performed hand puppetry in a children's many series called “ The Return of the Fox” , “ Kaleela & Dimna” and “ Boukhlayar” on the satellite channel ART ‘93-94

- Performed Mask Theater and Shadow Theater in two children's plays in the National Children's Theater: “The Fox has Gone” and “The Children Entered the Parliament” ‘90 – ‘92

 

2) Director theatre :

- I directed a puppet marionette theatre play for children named (Goha & Fatora) . It is main goal to know children how important the breakfast meal. With support of FORD FOUNDATION IN CAIRO with PATH ( program for appropriate technology for health ) and CHAP (culture and health for Africa program) '04 – '05

3 ) Assistant Director:
- Employed as an assistant director of children's programs on the Egyptian Satellite Channel Nile Sat. ‘98 –‘99

- Worked as an assistant director in two children's plays in the National Children's Theater: “The Amazing Journey“ and “The Night ingale‘93-‘95

4) Actor:
- Participated as a child actor in the play “The Legend of Isis and Osiris” with famous Egyptian actors such as Soheir El-Morshedy and Karam Metawea. '85 - 86
